The help center has step-by-step articles for everything in your account.
Search for an answer
Click Help in the left menu.
Type your question in the search box (Search or ask a question…). Results appear as you type.
Click an article to open it.
Shortcut: press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) or / to jump to the search box.

Ask AI
When you type a question, choose Ask AI for a short answer based on our help articles.
Browse by topic
Below the search box, articles are grouped by topic, such as Contacts, Calendars and Phone & Texting.
Tell us if an article helped
At the end of each article, answer Was this helpful? with Yes or No. If something was missing or confusing, tell us. We read every note.
Still stuck?
At the bottom of each article, Still stuck? gives you ways to reach us, such as Submit a ticket. See Submit a support ticket.
