Once your form is published, you can share a link to it, or embed it on your website.
Get the link or embed code
Click Sites, then the Forms tab, and open your form.
Click Share / Embed.
Click Copy next to the option you want (see the table below).
Option | Use it for |
|---|
Public Form URL | A link you can text, email or post anywhere |
Iframe Embed | Code that shows the form inside a box on your web page. You can set the Width and Height. |
JavaScript Embed | Code that places the form straight into the page, with no box around it |

Add it to your website
Paste the embed code into your website where you want the form to appear. Most website builders have an "HTML" or "Embed code" block for this. If someone else looks after your website, send them the code.
In the form builder, the Share tab has more display styles: Inline (iframe), HTML (standalone), Popup, Sticky Sidebar and Slide-In.
Troubleshooting
The form doesn't show on my site. Make sure the form is published, and that you pasted the code into an HTML or embed block, not a normal text block.
Submissions aren't arriving. Open the form's Submissions to check. If they are there, check the Email Recipients under Notifications in the form settings.
