Share your booking link

Every calendar has its own public booking page. Share the link anywhere: your website, email signature, social profiles or text messages.

Copy your booking link

1. Click Calendars, then the Manage tab.

2. On your calendar's card, click the copy-link button (Copy public booking URL). You will see "Public URL copied".

3. Paste the link wherever you like.

To see what customers see, use Open booking page on the same card.

Put the booking widget on your website

1. Open your calendar from the Manage tab.

2. Make sure Allow embed on external sites is switched on in the Settings tab.

3. Open the Embed tab.

4. Under Embed Codes, copy the JavaScript Embed code, or the Direct Link.

5. Paste the code into your website where you want the calendar to appear. If someone else manages your website, send them the code.

Use the Styling tab to match the booking page to your brand colors and fonts.

Send a one-time booking link

One-time links are handy for a specific customer. You can make them expire, or limit how many times they can be used.

1. Click Calendars, then the Calendar tab.

2. Open Booking Links.

3. Click Generate Link.

4. Choose the Calendar, then set Expires In (hours) and Max Uses, or leave them as Never and Unlimited.

5. Click Generate Link, then copy the link and send it.

You can revoke a one-time link at any time from the same list.
