Updated Oct 28, 2026calendarsbooking

A calendar decides who can be booked, when, and for what. Most businesses start with one calendar and add more later.

Create a calendar

  1. Click Calendars in the left menu.

  2. Click the Manage tab at the top.

  3. Click New Calendar.

  4. Enter a Name, such as "Free Estimate".

  5. Check the Slug. This becomes part of your booking link, for example "free-estimate".

  6. Optional: add a Description and pick the Timezone.

  7. Choose a Calendar Type (see below).

  8. For team calendars, add Team Members and choose a Primary Owner.

  9. Click Create Calendar.

Which calendar type should I pick?

Type

Personal

One person's appointments

Round Robin

Sharing bookings fairly across a team

Collective

Meetings where several team members must all attend

Class / Event

After you create it

Open the calendar from the Manage tab to finish setting it up. Its tabs are Details, Availability, Holidays, Services, Settings, Notifications, Embed and Styling.

Next steps:

  1. Set your availability and booking rules.

  2. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook so busy times are blocked.

  3. Share your booking link.
