Connecting your own calendar keeps everything in one place, and stops customers booking you when you are already busy.
Each person connects their own calendar from their own login. Connections are personal, not shared with the team.
Connect Google Calendar
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then Account.
Open the Connections tab.
Click Connect Google and sign in to your Google account.
Under Calendar Sync, switch on sync for each calendar you want to connect.
Choose a Sync direction for each one (see below).
Under Conflict Calendars, tick the Google calendars that should block your availability, for example your personal calendar.

Sync direction options
Option | What it means |
|---|
Write only (CRM → Google) | New bookings are added to your Google Calendar. This is the default. |
Read only (Google → CRM) | Google events show here, but bookings aren't sent to Google. |
Two-way sync | Changes flow both ways. |
Connect Outlook or Apple Calendar
Outlook: on the same Connections tab, click Connect Outlook and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Apple Calendar (iCloud): you need an app-specific password from your Apple ID's Sign-In and Security page. Paste it in with your Apple ID email.
Connect Zoom for video meetings
Click Connect Zoom on the Connections tab. Meeting links are then created for your appointments. You need to create a calendar first.
Troubleshooting
"Reconnect needed" or "Sync failing". Your Google or Microsoft sign-in has expired. Reconnect it from the Connections tab.
People can still book over my busy times. Check your personal calendar is ticked under Conflict Calendars.
