Connect your Gmail inbox

Connecting Gmail brings your email conversations into Conversations, so you can see texts and emails with a customer in one place.

Connect Gmail

1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then Account.

2. Open the Connections tab.

3. Click Connect Google and sign in with your Gmail or Google Workspace account. If you already connected Google for your calendar, skip this step.

4. Switch on Email Sync.

5. Read the Enable email sync? message and confirm.

New incoming and outgoing emails for that account will start appearing as conversations. You can turn this off at any time.

Good to know

• Each person connects their own Gmail. It isn't shared with the rest of the team.

• To connect another Google account, click Add Another Account.

• This is separate from your email sending domain, which is used for automated and bulk emails.

Troubleshooting

• A banner asks you to reconnect. Your Google sign-in has expired. Reconnect it from the Connections tab.
