Send an email to a contact

Before you start

Your account needs a verified email sending domain, so your emails land in inboxes instead of spam. See Set up your email sending domain.

Email one contact

1. Click Conversations in the left menu.

2. Open the contact's conversation, or click New Conversation, pick the contact and choose Email as the channel.

3. If the conversation is on a different channel, use the channel picker above the message box to switch to Email.

4. Enter a Subject.

5. Optional: add CC or BCC addresses, separated by commas.

6. Write your email. You can format text, insert an email template, or attach a file (drag and drop works too).

7. Click Send.

Email several contacts at once

1. Click Contacts in the left menu.

2. Tick the contacts you want to email.

3. Click the Send Email icon at the top of the page.

Tips

• Add an email signature under your Account menu, then Email Signature.

• Want replies from your Gmail to show here too? Connect your Gmail inbox.

Troubleshooting

• "This email address is suppressed (bounced or unsubscribed)." The address bounced before, or the person unsubscribed. Check the address with the contact.

• Emails go to spam. Make sure your sending domain shows Verified. See Set up your email sending domain.
