The Status field shows where someone is in their journey with you: Lead, Qualified, Customer, Repeat or Inactive.

Tips

• Phone numbers work best with the country code, for example +1 555 123 4567.

• Got a lot of contacts to add? Import them from a CSV file instead.

• Click a contact's name in the list to open their full record, with their conversations, notes, tasks, appointments and opportunities in one place.
