Add your business details

Set your business name, contact info, address, time zone, hours and logo so everything you send looks right.

Your business details appear on emails, booking pages, invoices and more. Getting them right early saves you fixing things later.

Fill in your details

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu. Business Details opens first.

  2. Under General Information, add your Business Logo, Business Name, Business Email, Legal Business Name, Business Phone and Industry.

  3. Add your Business Website, Privacy Policy URL and Terms & Conditions URL if you have them.

  4. Under Timezone & Currency, choose your Timezone and Default Currency.

  5. Under Business Address, fill in your street, city, state, postal code and country.

  6. Under Business Hours, set the hours you are open.

  7. Click Save at the top of the page.

The Save and Discard buttons only appear once you have changed something.

Phone carriers check your privacy policy and terms pages when you register for business texting. If you add them here, they are filled in for you during A2P 10DLC registration.

Other settings on this page

  • Global Email Footer: text added to the bottom of your emails.

  • SMS Quiet Hours: stops texts going out overnight. Leave this on. See Texting hours and SMS rules.

Troubleshooting

  • I can't edit these settings. Your user role may not allow it. Ask your account admin.

  • Times look wrong on appointments. Check the Timezone here, and the time zone on your own profile under Account.
