Your first-week setup plan

Setting up a new system can feel like a lot. This plan breaks it into five short sessions. Each one takes about 30 to 60 minutes.

Day 1: Your business and your team

1. Add your business details: name, address, time zone, hours and logo.

2. Update your own profile and password.

3. Invite your team so everyone can log in.

Day 2: Phone and email

1. Get a business phone number.

2. Start your A2P 10DLC texting registration. Approval can take several days, so start early.

3. Set up your email sending domain.

4. Optional: connect your Gmail inbox.

Day 3: Contacts and conversations

1. Import your contacts from a CSV file, or add a few by hand.

Day 4: Calendar and pipeline

1. Create your first calendar and set your availability.

2. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook so you never get double-booked.

3. Share your booking link.

4. Create a pipeline for your sales stages.

Day 5: Capture leads and automate

1. Create a lead form and put it on your website.

2. Build your first workflow, for example a welcome text when someone fills in your form.

3. Connect your Google Business Profile and send your first review requests.

4. Install the app on your phone so you never miss a lead.
