Launchpad is your setup checklist. It shows everything your account needs before it goes live, and it ticks each step off on its own as you finish it.

Open Launchpad

  1. Click Launchpad in the left menu.

  2. Review the getting-started checklist at the top of the page.

  3. Click any step to jump straight to the page where you do it.

What is on the checklist

The checklist is grouped into four stages:

Create your account, Add business details, Configure email, Configure SMS, Connect Gmail

Communication

Send a test email, Send a test SMS, Add your first contact

Sales & Scheduling

Create a pipeline, Create a calendar, Create a lead form

Engage & Grow

Send a campaign, Invite a team member, Create a workflow

Below the checklist, Next steps gives you quick links to the five most important jobs: import or add contacts, set up a calendar, build a pipeline, connect email and phone, and create a workflow.

Tips

  • You don't have to finish everything in one go. Your progress is saved.

  • If someone dismissed the checklist, Launchpad shows "The getting-started checklist was dismissed for this account." The Next steps links still work.

  • Want a suggested order? Follow the first-week setup plan.
