Invite your team

Give each person on your team their own login. That way you can see who did what, and control what everyone can access.

Invite one person

1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu.

2. Under Team, click Users.

3. Click Invite User.

4. Keep Single selected and enter their Email Address.

5. Choose a Role. The role decides what they can see and do.

6. Click Send Invitation.

They will get an email with a link to set up their account. Until they accept, they show in the pending invitations list.

Invite several people at once

1. In Invite User, choose Bulk / CSV.

2. Paste the email addresses into Email Addresses, one per line or separated by commas. Duplicates and blank lines are ignored.

3. Choose a Role and click Send Invitations.

Resend or cancel an invitation

In the pending invitations list, use the refresh icon to resend an invitation, or the revoke option to cancel it.

Change someone's access later

Click a person in the Users list to open their details. From there you can change their Role, or remove them with Remove Team Member.

Troubleshooting

• "The invitation was saved, but the email could not be sent." Your account doesn't have a verified email sending domain yet. Set one up, then resend the invitation from the pending list.

• They never got the email. Ask them to check spam, then resend it.

• I don't see Users under Settings. Only users with permission to manage the team can see it. Ask your account admin.
