Update your profile and password

Your profile is personal to you. Changes here don't affect anyone else on your team.

Open your account settings

Click your profile picture (or initials) in the top-right corner, then Account. You'll see four tabs: Profile, Connections, Notifications and Email Signature.

Update your profile

1. On the Profile tab, under Profile Information, update your photo, First name, Last name, Phone, Job title, Bio and Timezone.

2. Click Save.

Change your password

1. On the Profile tab, scroll to Security.

2. Enter your Current Password, then your New Password twice.

3. Click Change Password.

Turn on two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication adds a code from an authenticator app each time you log in. It keeps your account safe even if someone learns your password.

1. On the Profile tab, find Two-Factor Authentication under Security.

2. Follow the steps to scan the code with an authenticator app, then enter the Verification code.

3. Save your backup codes somewhere safe. You'll need them if you lose your phone.

Add an email signature

Open the Email Signature tab, set your Signature Name and Sender Display Name, write your signature, and click Save.
