View your plan and billing

Open billing

1. Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu.

2. Click Billing under Business.

Billing has three tabs: Plan & Payments, Wallet and Transactions.

Your plan

Under Current Plan you'll see your plan name and price. From here you can:

• Click Modify subscription to change plans. The change applies at the end of your current billing period, and nothing is charged that day.

• Click Cancel subscription to cancel. You can cancel at the end of the billing period or straight away.

Your payment card

Under Billing Details:

• No card yet? Click Add Payment Method.

• To update your card, click Manage billing in Stripe. Stripe is our secure payment provider.

A payment method is needed before you can buy phone numbers or send texts.

Past payments

Payments History lists your past payments with the date, description, card, amount and status.

Troubleshooting

• Your plan shows "Past due". Your last payment failed. Update your card under Billing Details.

• A question about a charge? Submit a ticket and choose Billing.
