Your wallet and usage charges

Your plan covers your account. Things you use as you go, like texts, calls, emails and phone numbers, are paid from your wallet balance.

Check your balance

1. Click Settings, then Billing.

2. Open the Wallet tab.

3. Your Wallet Balance shows how much you have left.

Your Rates shows what each type of usage costs.

Add funds

1. On the Wallet tab, click Add balance.

2. Choose or enter an Amount.

3. Click Add Balance.

Top up automatically

Auto-recharge adds funds when your balance runs low, so texts and calls never stop.

1. On the Wallet tab, switch on Enable auto-recharge.

2. Choose how much to add each time, and the balance that triggers a top-up.

See what you've spent

• The Wallet tab shows a Usage Breakdown by month.

• The Transactions tab lists every charge. Use Export CSV to download it.

Troubleshooting

• "Auto-recharge failed". Your card was declined. Update it under Billing Details on the Plan & Payments tab, then switch auto-recharge back on.
